The services to assist in obtaining administrative documents are provided by VISAMUNDI, whose registered office is at 15 allee Duguay-Trouin, 44000 Nantes (France) France - SAS with capital of \u20ac50,000, registered with the Nantes Trade and Companies Register under number 828 148 189 (VAT FR69828148189). The https:\/\/www.visasaudi.sa.com website is considered to be one of the VISAMUNDI websites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mandate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Customer, also known as the Principal, gives power of attorney to the Agent, VISAMUNDI, who agrees to incur expenses on the Customer's behalf concerning assistance in obtaining administrative documents for the country or countries covered by this site in the Customer's name (or in the name of a person from whom the Customer has obtained express or legitimate authorisation: legal representative, etc.), such as Visas, online Visas, e-Visas, Electronic Travel Authorisations, passport pre-applications or any term derived from and concerning the same digital product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enforceability of these General Terms and Conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services on the VISAMUNDI sites, including the site on which you are viewing these Terms and Conditions, and all requests made for advice or information about our services. Each enquirer hereby accepts and confirms that prior to submitting an enquiry they have read, understood and agree to be bound, without limitation or qualification, by these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Limitation of liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

VISAMUNDI shall not be liable to any applicant or any other person relying on or benefiting from any application for any loss of profit, revenue, contract, opportunity, business, additional expenses, or any other business or personal loss arising as a result of any delay in issue, digital delivery problem, error in the content of documents supplied by the authorities, or for any advice or information given in connection with any application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Neither shall VISAMUNDI be held responsible for any unforeseen change in the use of the documents or services provided by VISAMUNDI (dates and times of travel, purpose, etc.) which would render the documents or services provided null and void. Nor shall VISAMUNDI be held responsible for any refusals issued by the authorities according to their own criteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

VISAMUNDI cannot be held responsible for the use you make of the information provided on its website. It is your responsibility to check the accuracy, completeness and relevance of such information with the Consulate or Embassy of the country concerned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We recommend that you keep copies of all documents submitted with your application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Customer requests a document from VISAMUNDI, which acts as an intermediary between travellers and the government authorities. Please note that VISAMUNDI declines all responsibility for in the event of delays in issuing documents by the authorities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
